(1) Most airline tickets are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise. Refund eligibility depends on airline fare rules and Tripyzo’s ability to obtain waivers from the airline.
(2) All airline refunds or travel credits are governed by the respective airline’s policies, procedures, and fare conditions.
Post-ticketing service fees shown during the payment process may appear in your local currency.
Passenger categories may include: adult, child, infant, student, senior, and military travelers.
Post-ticketing service fees for exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and credits are applied per passenger and per ticket.
All Tripyzo post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and may change without prior notice. These fees do not include additional airline-imposed charges.
Government taxes and airport fees may vary depending on destination and airline regulations. Only the final total displayed during checkout will be charged.
(3) Special Service Requests – All requests are subject to airline approval and compliance with airline travel policies.
Name Misspelling – Occurs when the passenger name does not exactly match the government-issued identification.
Visa/Passport Decline – Supporting documentation may be required for processing.
Baggage Issues – Baggage tags and receipts may be required for verification.
No-Show – Documentation explaining the missed flight may be required.
Denied Boarding – Airline confirmation or documentation may be required.
Duplicate Tickets – Copies of duplicate tickets for the same itinerary may be required for review and refund eligibility.
